As a result of MADURAI SEED's own determination, and such strong support from others, we break up the big obstacles for children and young people and help them to enter and keep on study in schools and colleges, because Education is the only advantage that changes their life. It is the strong belief of MADURAI SEED. We impact on hundreds of lives positively and transform them forever. Momentously MADURAI SEED has sowed happiness and potential hope among children, young people and their parents. And also the sowing shows a great positive success. Children and young people had more programs to attend, built more life skills, and were happier and looked forward to coming to our programs, while more and more volunteers found their purpose in life at MADURAI SEED. We have no doubt that the MADURAI SEED vision is going to succeed soon.
Milestones
The vision of MADURAI SEED is a long term intention; hence the achievement will not be shown immediately. Yet, several signs of success are seen among children and young people that they have increased self-confidence in speaking before a group, entering discussions, and trying out innovative ideas, eager to learn, willingness to participate, and study the problems with social concern. Finally, their academic performance shows excellent progress.
Meena, S.Arun, Manimegalai, Alagumeena, P.Manikandan who failed in their final exams had the serious situation of leaving their studies, but with the support and guidance of A.S.Karthikbharathi through SEED, they had passed in their exams and kept on their education. Now, they are doing under graduation and post graduation in colleges in subjects like Tamil, English, and Law. .
Sundar Rajan, Ganesh Babu, Prem Kumar, Thanga Velayutham, and Balamurugan have completed their tenth and twelfth standard through non school studies and now they are in various sorts of jobs.
Baskar, Mohan, Marimuthu dropped out from school, but with the hand of Karthik Bharathi through I SEED they did their school studies privately. Now the three entered into the college and taste the fruits of education. Baskar is doing Tourism. Mohan and Marimuthu are doing under graduation in Tamil Literature
Not only had these, MADURAI SEED raised social workers, M phil graduates, Engineers, teachers, lots of graduates, and technicians. Many of MADURAI SEED people are now in government sectors, military, police, private jobs and working in abroad.20 of MADURAI SEED beneficiaries are now doing their doctorate, Masters and bachelors degree in various places.
